Q&A with Ardmore’s Khloe Roberts – Presented by RibCrib

VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports and clubs are you involved in?

Khloe: I am a senior at Ardmore and I am a member of the track and field team. I am also a part of the National Honor Society, Student Council, and the Leaflets.rolex rolex watches

VYPE: What has it taken to be successful in your sports?

Khloe: It has taken a lot to be where I am today in track and field and I would be nowhere near as successful without Coach Brown, Coach Baker, and the encouragement my teammates have always brought to the team.replica rolex watches

VYPE: What has been the highlight moment of your career?cheap iwc replica

Khloe: One highlight of my career that I will never forget is my Freshman year I was terrified to join track but when I did there was this one senior who motivated me in a whole different way.  She created a new perspective for me when it came to throwing, and I don’t think I would’ve stayed in track without her.buy replica Rolex daytona

VYPE: Is there an opponent that you enjoy beating the most?

Khloe: I’ve never had an opponent that I enjoyed beating, it is really just a me vs. my competition.replica watches

VYPE: Which teammate do you enjoy working against the most with in practice?

Khloe: There is one teammate I have always gone head to head with when it comes to throwing, which is Emma Vargas. We are always so close in range when we throw. It’s just a new competition everyday. We have competed like this since the 7th grade. I love competing with her because she makes me take that extra inch and try harder everyday.

VYPE: What does it take to balance your school work and the activities you are involved in?

Khloe: It definitely takes a lot to balance my school work, as well the activities I am involved in, and working but I just continue to pray to God and think about my future. I know this will all count in my future and that’s all I am worried about.

VYPE: What does it mean to you to represent your school and community when you play?

Khloe: It means a lot to represent my school and community while competing because no one thinks of Ardmore as a top High School with successful people, most people think and expect the worst. I think competing and doing my best can make a difference when people look at me and see what school I represent.

VYPE: Who are some of your biggest influences or role models?

Khloe: Some of my biggest influences and role models are God, my Parents, and my Grandma because even through their toughest times they were always there for and supported me in any way possible.

VYPE: What teacher has had the biggest impact on your life?

Khloe: The one teacher that has impacted me the most is my Sophomore and Junior year History teacher, Coach Birth. He has always inspired me to do better and be better no matter the situation, whether it being in school or out of school. To always be grateful for what I have, and to forever live my life to the fullest.
