Riding a three-gaming winning streak, the Ardmore Tigers are headed to Southeast High School for their first district game of the season.
Southeast is currently 2-1 with wins over Class 4A Classen SAS at Northeast, 39-34 and Class 6A U.S. Grant, 68-0. Their only loss came in the opening game of the season to Class 4A Elk City, 21-52.
Under head coach Kenny Blair, the Spartans of Southeast start several freshmen including Michael Graham (5-8, 165) at quarterback. Also look for wide receiver Austin Jackson (5-11, 175, Jr.).
The running game has been big for the Tigers and tonight they get a good test against Southeast. Look for the Tigers to control the clock, run the ball and play great defense.
