Tessla: I play tennis for Ardmore High School
VYPE: What do you enjoy most about being on a team?
Tessla: My favorite part about being on this team is how it feels like a family, and everyone is always supporting each other.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you can use after high school?
Tessla: My sport has taught me to stay patient, and always be ready for anything.
VYPE: Who is your biggest inspiration?
Tessla: The person that inspires me is my brother. My brother was the person the taught me everything I know about tennis and I want to live up to his honor.

Tessla: I’d like to give a special shout out to my coaches and my team for always supporting me and helping me to be better.
VYPE: What is your highlight memory from your career so far?
Tessla: My favorite athletic memory is the bus rides home after a tournament
VYPE: As an athlete, what are some things you hope to achieve?
Tessla: My personal goals are to be in the top six and win state.
VYPE: What is some advice that someone has given you that you really appreciate?
Tessla: The best advice anyone has ever given me is to keep the ball in play, and to always bend your knees and move your feet.
VYPE: Which of your teammates, current or former, has had the greatest impact on you?
Tessla: The teammate that left the biggest impression on me was Alex Pavel. After my brother died Alex got me out of the house and continued to help me with my game.
